DAMAGED GOODS

We will exchange or refund faulty goods if there is a manufacturing fault with the product as assessed by Hummel or if there are defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention. Refunds or exchanges will only be given if you have proof of purchase.

INCORRECT GOODS

In the case you have received either incorrect goods or the incorrect size of what you ordered, please contact our customer service, and return the items. Unfortunately, we cannot resend the original order. Instead, we will refund your money and you can place your order again.
