Please note that any items or gift returns will be refunded to the same payment method used when placing the order. 

 

 

WISH TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS? 

 

- PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:

With Hummel 14-days return policy, there are no catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, label, and tags, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:

• Only one return authorization will be accepted per order, multiple returns per order will not be authorized.

• Once the pickup request is initiated, customers will have a window of 3 business days to handover the item/order.

• Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.

• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

 

 

NOTE: Return shipping is free.

NOTE: Purchased item during sale and promotion season applicable to returns period is limited to 7 days (from delivery date).

 

Collection & Return Processing:

One of our friendly hummel drivers or shipping partners will pick up your purchase FREE of charge. Once your return is inspected by our fulfilment center, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 10 to 14 business days.

For PayPal orders, refunds to your account will be credited within 2 business days.

 

 

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can make a new order on hummel.net.

Products bought on sale or by using discount codes can only be reordered with the same price if the offers are still available online.

If the price of your ordered item(s) is reduced within 24 hours after you have placed your order, we will refund you the difference. In this case, please contact our Customer Service providing your order number.

PLEASE NOTE:

You may receive a partial refund or even no refund at all. This happens in cases where the value of the goods has deteriorated, such as:

• you have actually used the item

• the product has picked up an odour such as perfume or smoke, or shows some other sign of use/wear

• it was damaged while you were responsible for it

• the product seal or packaging is missing or damaged to such an extent that it affects the value of the product. Packaging for clothing may be opened.

 

COMPLAINTS

DAMAGED GOODS

We will exchange or refund faulty goods if there is a manufacturing fault with the product as assessed by Hummel or there are defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention. Refunds or exchanges will only be given if you have a proof of purchase.

 

 

INCORRECT GOODS

In the case you have received either incorrect goods or the incorrect size of what you ordered, please contact our customer service, and return the items. Unfortunately, we cannot resend the original order. Instead, we will refund your money and you can place your order again.
