1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
To make a purchase at hummel.dk, you must be 18 years of age with a valid payment card that we accept. If you are under 18, you can make a purchase with your guardian's agreement, or if you have the legal right to make the purchase.
2. How to make purchases at hummel.dk
Select the goods you wish to purchase and place them in the” shopping basket”. It is possible to revise the contents of the shopping basket up to the actual time of ordering and to continuously check the contents and the price of the goods. Any shipping costs will be shown in the shopping basket.
Any extra payments for shipping, for example, will be calculated when you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on the basket icon,” Go to checkout” or” Go to basket”. On the ordering page, enter your name, address, delivery address (if different), e-mail and phone number, and choose your preferred method of payment.
The contents of the shopping basket can be changed until your purchase is confirmed by pressing the ”Confirm and pay” button. Payment is made in an encrypted and secure payment window.
A copy of the order will be sent by e-mail once the order has been submitted.

Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation.
Who delivers your parcel?
Orders are sent by Shipa to the address you provide. The telephone number provided is used to inform you about the delivery by text message.
What does delivery cost?

How long does it take?
We deliver in 5-7 business days after you have placed your order with us.
An e-mail invoice will be sent to you containing a Track & Trace number on the same day the order is dispatched.
Remember to check your spam/unsolicited mail folder if the e-mail fails to arrive as expected.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order or address information once the order has been placed, since our order processes run automatically. In case you regret the content of your order, you can deny receiving it and it will be returned to our warehouse and refunded. In case you accidently made an error in the address information, shipping cpmpany might also return it to us depending on the type of error. In that case, your order will be refunded.
You must notify us in writing that you wish to return your purchase before the expiry of the return period. The message must be given to hummel at MEsupport@hummel.net. Alternatively, you can choose to return your goods within the cancellation deadline.
You will lose your right of return if you break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
With Hummel 14-days return policy, there are no catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, label, and tags, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. To ensure the following conditions are met please check Return Policy Page.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Our refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 10 to 14 business days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can make a new order on me.hummel.net.
Products bought on sale or by using discount codes can only be reordered with the same price if the offers are still available online.
If the price of your ordered item(s) is reduced within 24 hours after you have placed your order, we will refund you the difference. In this case, please contact our Customer Service providing your order number.
You may receive a partial refund or even no refund at all. This happens in cases where the value of the goods has deteriorated, such as:
You have actually used the item.
The product has picked up an odour such as perfume or smoke, or shows some other sign of use/wear.
It was damaged while you were responsible for it.
The product seal or packaging is missing or damaged to such an extent that it affects the value of the product. Packaging for clothing may be opened.
Once your return has been registered in our warehouse, we will process your return and refund your money as quickly as possible. The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed.
Please note it can take up to 14 days from the time we receive your package until your money is refunded to your account.
Please note: Once received, the articles may only be handled in such a way as to allow the nature, features and function of such articles to be demonstrated. Among other things, this means that hangtags on clothing must not be removed, and for reasons of hygiene, bathing costumes, underwear garments, socks and stockings must not be tried on.
The purchase amount may be forfeited in part or in full. This happens if the article has been devalued because:
- The item has actually been worn or used
- The item bears signs of external smells such as perfume, aftershave, smoke or shows other signs of use/wear
- The item has been damaged while in your care
- Under the right of cancellation, the restrictions regarding the seal, type of article etc. have not been complied with
- The item seal (hangtag) has been removed.
Why My order is cancelled?
Hummel may choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances, hummel deems appropriate. Hummel also reserves the right, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. Hummel will either not charge your refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
Complaints must be made within a ”reasonable period” of having discovered the defect or flaw in the item. Customers are recommended to complain as quickly as possible.

. When you make a complaint, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue and attach your invoice.
Further instructions will be received depending on the situation in question.
Remember the goods must always be sent in suitable packaging, and you must always get a receipt for shipment. In other words, you are personally responsible for the goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep your postage receipt, including Track & Trace number.
Please note: We do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery, or similar.
Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
8. PERSONAL DATA

If a log-in has been created to be able to use self-service with us, your personal information and order details will not be deleted unless requested so by you.
Information will not be disclosed or sold to a third party unless this is done as part of restructuring or the whole or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force from time to time.
